Online Coaching with Ryan Benroth — 4-Month Program

Refuse The Decline

You've been showing up for years. You're not lazy — you're not even inconsistent. But the results stopped matching the effort a long time ago.

That's not a motivation problem. That's a direction problem. You get me — one man, every week — with 34 years of real-world training knowledge pointed directly at your specific situation.

Eat To Build.
Eat To Burn.

The nutrition basics, straight — how to actually eat to build muscle and lose bodyfat, no framework to memorize.

This isn't another system to study. It's the same thinking that goes into every plan I build for a paying client — protein, calories, real food — plus meals you can actually cook, a handful of training principles, and the one psychological trap that quietly wrecks more progress than bad programming ever does.

The six eating principles that actually matter — protein, calories, and why the deficit that works for your buddy might be wrong for you
Real meals and a build-your-own-plate reference — not theory, food you'll actually eat
Five training principles and three supplements actually worth your money — no split, no hype
Why the cheat meal never actually ruins anything — and what does

Free. No pitch buried inside.
Just what actually works.

Sound Familiar?

You're already going to the gym

You show up consistently — cardio, machines, maybe the same routine your trainer put you on years ago. You're not the problem. The program is.

You've succeeded everywhere else

Career, finances, relationships — you know how to figure things out. But fitness has never quite clicked the same way, and that gap bothers you more than you admit.

You eat reasonably well — but guessing

You're not eating fast food every day. But you don't have a real framework either. You're making decent choices without knowing if they're the right ones.

You want real direction, not motivation

You don't need someone to hype you up. You need someone to tell you exactly what to do — and why — so the effort you're already putting in finally starts producing results.

Built in the Real World

I didn't get into fitness to build a brand. I got into it at 14 because I was obsessed — and I never found a reason to stop.

By 17 I was on stage. By 21 I'd taken Teen titles in Ohio and Indiana, won Overall at the NPC Mr. Teen Indiana, gone nationally qualified at the Midwestern States — and ended up in Muscle & Fitness. I worked the floor at GNC through college and eventually owned my own supplement stores.

That's the résumé. Here's what actually matters to you:

I've also built a 12-year real estate career. I've been through a divorce. I've navigated a full, complicated life — and I trained through every single day of it. The men I work with aren't looking for a bodybuilding coach. They're looking for someone who understands what it means to be serious about your health while living a serious life.

You've already proven you can show up. What you need is someone who can tell you exactly what to do with that commitment — so the next 4 months look different from the last few years.

"I only work with men who are ready. If that's you — let's go."

Work With Me

The 4-Month System

Custom Strength Program

Built around your schedule, your joints, and where you actually are right now — not where you were at 30. Four sessions per week, progressive, and designed to produce visible results without wrecking your recovery.

Nutrition Framework That Fits Real Life

Not a diet. A practical eating system built for a professional over 35 — focused on body composition, sustained energy, and recovery. You'll know exactly what to eat, how much, and when. No guessing.

Weekly Direction & Adjustments

Direct access to me every week. I review your progress, adjust what isn't working, and tell you exactly what to focus on next. You'll never be left wondering what to do or why you're not moving forward.

A System You Can Actually Sustain

You have a career, a life, real obligations. Everything is built to fit inside that — not around it. The goal isn't 4 perfect months. It's building a framework you can run for the rest of your life.

No Secrets. No Shortcuts.

Most men over 35 don't have a discipline problem. They have a direction problem. Give a committed man the right framework and get out of his way — that's the entire coaching philosophy.

01

Direction Over Motivation

You don't need someone to inspire you. You need someone to tell you exactly what to do and why it works. I give you a clear framework, not a pep talk. Clarity produces results. Motivation fades by Tuesday.

02

Built Around Your Life

You have a career, responsibilities, and a life that isn't going to pause for 4 months. The program fits inside that reality — not the other way around. Sustainable by design, not as an afterthought.

03

Fundamentals Over Fads

What worked 30 years ago still works. Progressive overload. Real food. Consistent effort. I'm not selling you the latest protocol — I'm giving you the principles that have produced results for decades and will outlast every trend that comes next.

04

I Only Work With Men Who Are Ready

The application exists for a reason. I review every submission personally. If I don't think I can genuinely move the needle for you, I'll tell you straight. No pressure, no pitch — just an honest conversation about whether this is the right fit.

The Man This Was Built For

You've built something real — a career, a family, a life that demands a lot. But somewhere along the way, the version of you that trained hard got pushed to the side.

You're not lazy. You're not broken. You just got busy.

You've tried restarting more times than you want to admit. Bought the programs. Followed the apps. Got a couple weeks in before life pulled you back. The issue was never motivation. It was never having a plan built for where you actually are right now.

This is for the man who's done making excuses — not because someone shamed him, but because he's finally ready to close the gap between who he is and who he knows he can still be.

You don't need to be 25 again. You need to train smart, eat with intention, and have someone in your corner who's been in the trenches for 34 years and actually gets this stage of life.

If you're ready to do the work, I'm ready to build the plan.

Apply for Coaching Refuse The Decline.

Simple. Straightforward. Effective.

01

Apply

Fill out the short application. Tell me where you are, what you've tried, and what's not working. I review every submission personally and only reach out to men I know I can genuinely help.

02

Your Game Plan

I build your program from the ground up — training structure, nutrition framework, and a weekly system built around your actual schedule. No templates. No guessing. A real plan for your real life.

03

Execute & Win

You train, I coach. Weekly check-ins, adjustments when the data calls for it, and direct access to me throughout. Four months from now you'll know exactly why the effort is finally working.

Real Words. Real People.

"To anyone who doesn't know Ryan on a fitness level other than how he looks, he's a very intelligent person who is knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness no matter your goal."

Refuse The Decline Commitment

I build the plan. I hold you to it. What I don't do is the work for you.

Every week, you send me a photo and your 7 Standards scorecard — straight to my phone, no app, no assistant reading it first — and you hear back from me the same day. Follow it, and it works. Period, thirty-four years of proof behind that. Don't, and no plan on earth fixes that, mine included. Because of that, I don't offer refunds or free rebuilds.

Your commitment:
Complete every scheduled workout (4 sessions per week, logged as requested)
Follow the nutrition framework with full transparency — weekly food logs and body measurements
Send your weekly check-in on time, every time — progress photos, weight, measurements, and completed 7 Standards scorecard, straight to me by text
Act on my feedback without exception
The part nobody warns you about:

The plan's never been the hard part. The hard part is sending the check-in on the week you already know what it'll say. That's the week that actually counts — and it's also the week most guys want to skip. I won't chase you for it. If it doesn't come in, that's your result, not a conversation we have.

Miss workouts. Skip check-ins. Half-ass the logs. Ignore feedback. None of that surprises me — it's also exactly why it won't work. This isn't a favor I'm doing you. It's a partnership. Both sides have to show up.

Do the work. Get the results. That's the whole deal.
